Who you are buying from
WaterTimer.ae is operated by TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD, trading as Johgee Irrigation, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 15312978), registered office 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom. Orders to the United Arab Emirates are shipped from our United Kingdom warehouse. We do not operate a warehouse, shop or returns depot inside the UAE.
Your rights under UAE law
Because we sell to consumers in the UAE, your mandatory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation apply and are not limited by anything on this page. Goods must match their description, be fit for their stated purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement or refund.
Note that the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 govern our UK sales and do not apply to UAE orders. Any reference to a UK 14-day statutory cancellation right does not apply to your UAE purchase; the 30-day policy below is what we offer you instead.
30-day return policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. This is a commercial policy we offer voluntarily, in addition to your statutory rights above.
To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it: unused, with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page before sending anything back. If your return is accepted we will send you the return instructions and address. Items sent back without an agreed return cannot be accepted.

Please do not post a return until we have confirmed it, so we can log it against your order.
Who pays return shipping
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we pay the return shipping.
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping to the UK address above. We will tell you the expected cost before you commit, so you can decide whether the return is worth it.
Any UAE import charges you paid on the original delivery are levied by UAE customs, not by us, and we cannot refund them. You may be able to reclaim them directly from UAE customs on a returned export.
Refunds
We will tell you once your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. Refunds are issued for the amount you paid us.
Non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or legal reasons — including hazardous materials and sealed goods unsealed after delivery. Faulty items are always covered.
Warranty
The Johgee 4-Zone RF Water Timer carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty claims are handled by us in the UK; contact us with your order number, the model label and a clear photo of the fault. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
